Developer Media-এর মাধ্যমে টিউশন গ্রহণ করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলী মনোযোগসহকারে পড়ুন। টিউশন গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি এসব নীতিমালার প্রতি সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

শর্তাবলী (১-৪)
  • ১.
    টিউশন নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর
    ✅ ডেমো ক্লাস সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর গার্ডিয়ান টিউশন কনফার্ম করলে টিউটর ব্যক্তিগত সিদ্ধান্তে টিউশন বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।
    ✅ বিশেষ কোনো কারণে টিউশন ছেড়ে দিতে হলে অবশ্যই Developer Media-কে আগে জানাতে হবে। যথাযথ কারণ ছাড়া টিউশন বাতিল করলে নির্ধারিত সার্ভিস চার্জের সমপরিমাণ জরিমানা প্রযোজ্য।
  • ২.
    প্রথম মাসে টিউশন বাতিল হলে
    ✅ যদি প্রথম মাসের মধ্যেই গার্ডিয়ান কোনো বেতন প্রদান ছাড়াই টিউশন বন্ধ করে দেন, তাহলে টিউটরের প্রদত্ত সার্ভিস চার্জ সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
    ✅ যদি প্রথম মাসে গার্ডিয়ান আংশিক বেতন প্রদান করেন, তাহলে সেই বেতনের ৫০% টিউটর এবং ৫০% Developer Media-এর প্রাপ্য হবে। একই সঙ্গে টিউটরের সম্পূর্ণ সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
  • ৩.
    প্রথম মাসের পর
    ✅ প্রথম মাস সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর টিউশন চালিয়ে যাওয়া সম্পূর্ণভাবে টিউটরের দায়িত্বশীলতা, সময়ানুবর্তিতা, আচরণ ও পাঠদানের মানের উপর নির্ভর করবে।
    ✅ প্রথম মাসের বেতন গ্রহণের পর টিউশন বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন সংক্রান্ত কোনো রিফান্ড বা অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
  • ৪.
    রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সুবিধা
    ✅ প্রথম মাসের মধ্যে টিউশন বাতিল হলে Developer Media সর্বোচ্চ ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে বিকল্প টিউশন দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করবে।
    ✅ নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট সম্ভব না হলে, পরবর্তী ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
শর্তাবলী (৫-৭) ও নির্দেশনা
  • ৫.
    অনিয়মের ক্ষেত্রে
    ✅ নিয়মিত ক্লাস না নেওয়া, নির্ধারিত সময়ের কম পড়ানো, বারবার অনুপস্থিত থাকা বা দায়িত্বে অবহেলার কারণে টিউশন বাতিল হলে কোনো সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য হবে না।
  • ৬.
    ব্যক্তিগত কারণে টিউশন ত্যাগ
    ✅ টিউটরের ব্যক্তিগত ব্যস্ততা, চাকরি, পরীক্ষা, বাসা পরিবর্তন বা অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিগত কারণে টিউশন ছেড়ে দিলে সার্ভিস চার্জ ফেরতের আবেদন গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
  • ৭.
    নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা
    ✅ নারী টিউটরদের প্রথম দিন গার্ডিয়ানের বাসায় যাওয়ার সময় নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে পরিবারের একজন পুরুষ সদস্য বা অভিভাবককে সঙ্গে নিয়ে যাওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

✅ টিউশন সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যা, পরিবর্তন বা জটিলতা হলে নিজে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার পরিবর্তে দ্রুত Developer Media-কে অবহিত করুন।
